Arijit Singh to perform again in Dhaka.

Arijit Singh, one of the most popular singers in India, is coming to Dhaka to take part in an open air concert scheduled to be held in December this year. The ‘Aashiqui 2’ famed singer will enthral the audience at the concert titled ‘Arijit Singh Live in Concert’ on December 5 at Jamuna Future Park in Baridhara in the city.  The concert will be organised by Emakers. Naim Ashraf, managing director of Emakers, said about organising the concert, “Arijit Singh is a Bangalee and December is the month of our victory; so that, the concert will be opened by one-minute silence in memory of the martyrs of the Liberation War. Arijit will start his performance with the rendition of a song from Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra.”
Arijit Singh is the latest sensation of Bollywood music industry and gave numerous hit scores in recent times with the films: ‘Aashiqui 2’, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hain Deewani’, ‘Yaariyan’, ‘Players’ and ‘Murder 2’.
He will sing a number of his hit songs at the concert, such as ‘Tum Hi Ho’ from the movie ‘Aashiqui 2’, ‘Muskurane’ from City Lights, ‘Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse’ from ‘Jackpot’, ‘Hamdard’ from ‘Ek Villain’, ‘Main Tenu Samjhawa Ki’ from ‘Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania’, ‘Bojhe Na Se Bojhe Na’ and ‘Nare Na’ from the movie ‘Bojhe Na Se Bojhe Na’, ‘Mon Majhire’ from ‘Boss’, ‘Ki Kore Toke Bolbo’ from ‘Rangbaaz’, ‘Eka Ekela Mon’ from ‘Chirodini Tumi Je Amar 2’, ‘Parbona’ from  ‘Borbad’, ‘Saratadin’ and ‘Ami Tomar Kache’ from the movie ‘Joddha’.
Popular artists Emon and Mehjabin from Bangladesh will come up with a dance performance followed by the performance of Shironamhin, Nirjhar and Imran, before Arijit taking the stage. Ehtesham of Dhaka FM will be seen hosting the concert.
